The following will provide you with a brief introduction to our Company, GULF COAST MARINE FABRICATORS, INC., located at the Port of Vermilion, approximately 5 miles north of Intracoastal City, Louisiana and 10 miles south of Abbeville, Louisiana.

GULF COAST MARINE FABRICATORS, INC., and its personnel, are able to provide you and your company with the necessary equipment and manpower to design, fabricate, paint, assemble and install your projects in a professional, cost effective, and timely schedule. Our office, personnel and facilities provides you with 24 hour service.

FABRICATION FACILITY
10,000 square foot shop facility with 3-10 ton overhead cranes. A 50 ton and 110 ton track crane. 1,200 ton skidding system with beam construction, adjustable to center leg of structures. Additional Equipment: 20 ton cherry pickers and forklifts. Capable of fabricating heliports, decks, skid vessels, manifolds, spool piping, landings bumpers, caissons, sump tanks, flotation cells, living quarters and sandblasting and painting onshore and offshore. Re-furnishing platform setting equipment and interconnecting piping limit 1,200 tons. Yard area 6.5 acres with 300 feet of bulkhead, capability of loading or offloading your equipment via ground or water. Our company has qualified certified welders, a pneumatic-control division, and quality control procedures. We can meet almost any requirement. Diving, demolition, and salvage teams are available 24 hours per day. Experienced personnel are available to perform "sweep & search" on a proposed underwater site, before setting your platform or offshore facility.

METAL PROTECTION
Our Company provides the necessary personnel and equipment to perform waterblasting, sandblasting, and painting both within our yard or on your location onshore/offshore. Both conventional and airless spray equipment are available.

MAINTENANCE
Welders, waterblaster/sandblasters/painters, rigging crews, roustabouts, electricians, pneumatic and instrumentation technicians, pipe fitters, diving teams, and both skilled and semi-skilled personnel are available to you and your Company 24 hours per day.

PNEUMATICS/ELECTRICAL
Our Company provides the necessary personnel and equipment to satisfy your construction and troubleshooting needs both onshore and offshore. With capabilities for in shop fabrication and design of all types of panels whether Pneumatic, Hydraulic or Electric. Personnel to hook-up platform facilities, plants or any remote well locations be it land or offshore.

RATES
